Seasonal wisdom & practices for women’s health.
Creating space and time for the art of living

Are you a woman who is giving out to everyone and everything else, with rarely a moment to give or receive yourself?
Maybe you’re a parent, or you’ve just given birth, or your job demands a lot of you, or you’re at a transition point in life, or find yourself with more time than you’ve had before?
Maybe you’re really in need of a moment to give something back in to yourself? To not have to plan or organise, to just turn up and be bone deep nourished by;
- seasonal, homemade food made with love
- movement, reconnecting with your body as you move
- embodiment, meeting your body through touch
- …and learning ways to make natural remedies that you can take home to support you in bringing more of this in to your day to day.

As the season turns, we turn inward.
The day is delicious on all levels.
Firstly for the body, with a little taste of some seasonal yin yoga and breathwork to invite you to land back in to yourself a little.

We’ll then gather around the kitchen table to learn more about how the plants at this time of year can support us, and get our hands in to creating some seasonal balms to take home with you. We’ll then be offering a delicious homemade lunch, that again is crafted with thought for this time of year.

The afternoon will then follow with a few hours of learning a nurturing abdominal self massage practice to care for, nourish and support your abdominal and uterine health through your own touch.

There will then be the opportunity for some solo time in nature, and or in the sauna and natural pond in this beautiful private garden, before coming back together to share a little of where we’re at if you’d like.

All of that in one place, waiting for YOU.
Plus a self care bundle to take home!

This day of delight is being hosted by Lucy Clare Naturopathic Herbalist & Yoga Teacher, Marisa Shearer Menstrual Health Therapist and Emily Chiswell Ecotherapist.
We met on a windy day flyering for The Centre of Complementary Medicine in Petersfield in 2024, and have been building our friendship and offering ever since. United by our shared love and connection with nature, we’ve been crafting retreats in various different forms over the last couple of years. We are passionate about supporting women – including ourselves and each other – to come back home to our bodies, and the medicine of what it is when we do that together. Through it’s various iterations, we’ve realised that offering out a version of how we spend time together is what we want to share. Gathering, foraging, moving, sharing stories, swapping our skills with each other, slowing down, eating delicious food – it’s a soul nourishing tonic and one that we feel we could all benefit from doing a bit more of!
So a little more about us individually and what we bring to the collective…
