This package is designed to guide you through the process of vaginal steaming for labour preparation. It includes:

• 60-90 minute consultation for labor preparation steaming with Marisa over zoom or skype
  
• Food, movement and additional support recommendations
• Labor preparation and labor steaming protocols (starting at week 38)
• Weekly 15 minute check in calls until you go into labor
• Email support until baby is born

Vaginal steaming for labour preparation is a wonderful way of ensuring the body is fully supported to achieving a state of lubrication, circulation and relaxation ready for gently birthing your baby.  During the consultations Marisa will guide you through the process of how to steam to prepare the body for birth and there is also an opportunity to consider a postpartum support plan.

It does not include herbs or sauna.
