Vaginal Steaming is the ancient practice of adding herbs to hot water and sitting over the pot of water to allow the herbal steam to rise up into the vaginal canal.These vaginal steam herb blends are all designed to help a woman achieve a standard healthy cycle without any side effects. Each formula has herbal properties for clearing the uterus from stagnation, improving vaginal flora, increasing circulation and regularising the cycle. Each blend also has specific herbs based on the type of menstrual cycle imbalance or side effects a cycle might be experiencing.

The Gentle Herbs are designed to help mildly clear the uterus from stagnation while also having the added benefit of possibly lengthening menstrual cycles bringing it to 28-30 days and stopping fresh spotting or interim bleeding between periods.

How to Use:

To get the most out of the Gentle Herbs steep 3 tablespoons per steam session in 1.5-2 litres of boiled water. It is recommend to steam once a week or 3 times a month around the period.

This blend is for:

Women prone to short menstrual cycles (27 days or less)
Women who have experienced interim bleeding (fresh spotting or spontaneous bleeding between periods) anytime in the past 3 months
Women who have experienced two periods per month anytime over the past 3 months
Postpartum women who are experiencing heavy blood flow, whose periods return before 9 months postpartum or who have a history of short menstrual cycles

Please note:

If you fall into the categories above the Gentle Herbs are going to supersede any of the other herb formulas that you believe might suit you. These are the most important herbs for you to have.
